Why no two treatment plans are alike

Ayurveda describes the body through three doshas. Everyone is born with their own balance of them, their prakriti, and illness follows when that balance is disturbed. Your plan is built around yours.

Air + space

Vata

Governs movement, nerves and circulation. When disturbed: pain, stiffness, dryness, poor sleep, anxiety.

Fire + water

Pitta

Governs digestion, metabolism and heat. When disturbed: acidity, inflammation, skin rashes, irritability.

Earth + water

Kapha

Governs structure, stability and immunity. When disturbed: weight gain, congestion, sluggishness.
